Limitation of Liability
It is strongly recommended by Company that Client obtains medical clearance from physician before starting a new fitness and/or nutrition regimen.

By participating in the Program, Client understands that nutrition and training advice are merely recommendations, and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, prevent or cure any diseases or conditions (existing or contracted). Client is responsible to receive clearance from my medical doctor to proceed on a fitness and nutrition regimen, especially on prescribed medication or regarding any pre-existing medical conditions (such as heart, liver, kidney, lung, cholesterol and/or blood pressure, etc), or Client agrees they are participating in Program at their own risk. The use of fitness and nutrition information and coaching is completely voluntary. Client waives the right to make any claims, as Client is solely responsible in the event that anything should happen. Client understands that any exercise regimen pursued may create physical stress resulting in harmful effects and is solely responsible for any injury Client may suffer as a result. Company will have no liability of any kind to Client or any member of Client’s family for any injury whatsoever, that Client hereby waives any such claims for injury or illness of any kind.

No Guarantee
Company does not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. Example of results obtained for other clients by Company may be used as a marketing tool and shown to Client for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed by Client as indicating any promised results or level of results.
